Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking two experienced Project Schedulers/Planners for major new data centre projects in Finland and Norway. You will develop and manage detailed construction programmes, monitor milestones and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on identifying delays, risks and impacts, coordinating subcontractor programmes, and providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner in large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience and ability to develop and maintain detailed construction programmes.
• Ability to identify delays, risks and programme impacts and communicate with project teams.

V7 Recruitment are currently working with a leading European data centre delivery specialist who are looking to appoint two experienced Project Schedulers / Planners to support major new projects across Finland and Norway.

We have two positions available:

• Hamina, Finland
• Skien, Norway

These are excellent opportunities for experienced Planners looking to work on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the rapidly expanding data centre sector.

The Role

As Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing project programmes, monitoring progress and working closely with the wider project team to ensure key milestones are achieved.

• Developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes.
• Managing project schedules throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress against programme milestones.
• Identifying potential delays, risks and programme impacts.
• Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and coordinating subcontractor programmes.

About You

We're looking for experienced construction Planners/Schedulers with:

• Strong Primavera P6 experience.
• Previous experience planning complex construction projects.
• Experience working on projects such as data centres, mission-critical facilities, major hotels, airports or similarly complex developments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Candidates must already be based in the relevant country – Finland or Norway.
