Job summary

V7 Recruitment are currently working with a leading European data centre delivery specialist who are looking to appoint two experienced Project Schedulers / Planners to support major new projects across Finland and Norway.

As Project Scheduler, you will develop and manage detailed programmes, monitor progress and coordinate with project teams to hit milestones on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and managing construction programmes.
• Proven track record on large-scale construction projects.
• Based in Finland or Norway.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes.
• Managing project schedules throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress against programme milestones.
• Identifying potential delays, risks and programme impacts.
• Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and coordinating subcontractor programmes.
• Supporting short-, medium- and long-term planning.
• Analysing critical paths and programme performance.
• Producing regular progress reports and schedule updates.
• Supporting programme recovery and mitigation strategies where required.
• Ensuring planning information is accurate, current and aligned with project objectives.

V7 Recruitment are currently working with a leading European data centre delivery specialist who are looking to appoint two experienced Project Schedulers / Planners to support major new projects across Finland and Norway.

We have two positions available:

• Hamina, Finland
• Skien, Norway

These are excellent opportunities for experienced Planners looking to work on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the rapidly expanding data centre sector.

The Role

As Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing project programmes, monitoring progress and working closely with the wider project team to ensure key milestones are achieved.

• Developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes.
• Managing project schedules throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress against programme milestones.
• Identifying potential delays, risks and programme impacts.
• Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and coordinating subcontractor programmes.
• Supporting short-, medium- and long-term planning.
• Analysing critical paths and programme performance.
• Producing regular progress reports and schedule updates.
• Supporting programme recovery and mitigation strategies where required.
• Ensuring planning information is accurate, current and aligned with project objectives.

About You

We're looking for experienced construction Planners/Schedulers with:

• Strong Primavera P6 experience.
• Previous experience planning complex construction projects.
• Experience working on projects such as data centres, mission-critical facilities, major hotels, airports or similarly complex developments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Candidates must already be based in the relevant country – Finland or Norway.
