Job summary

Dovre Group seeks a Project Planner to support EPC industrial projects in Finland. You will prepare schedules in Primavera, generate status reports, perform resource planning, and lead progress reporting and presentations.

You will advise on planning standards to contractors and participate in scheduling audits. The role requires a engineering degree, 5–7 years of industrial project experience, EPC project exposure, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• At least 5-7 years of practical experience in industrial projects.
• Experience in EPC/EPS projects, industrial plants solutions or equipment delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EPC project schedules in Primavera.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Perform resource planning.
• Report, follow-up and analyze project progress including status presentations.
• Advise contractors on planning and reporting standards.
• Participate in project scheduling audits.
• Advise on contingency plans for time or cost risks.
• Manage delivery of activities to keep the project on track.

• Preparation of project status reports
• Resource planning
• Project progress reporting, follow-up, and analysis, including project status presentations
• Advising on project planning and reporting standards to contractors
• Participation in project scheduling audits
• Advising on contingency plans in the event of time or cost risks
• Managing the delivery of activities and ensured that the project is on track

Requirements

To succeed you will need:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering
• At least 5-7 years of practical experience in experience in industrial projects
• Previous experience in EPC/EPS projects, industrial plants solutions or/and equipment delivery projects
• Pro-active, result-oriented and hands-on approach to project execution
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Capability to work under pressure
