Job summary

Nordec Oy in Finland seeks a Project Planner to ensure complex international projects progress according to plan. You will prepare, maintain and monitor schedules, coordinate across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation, and report status to stakeholders.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, a technical degree in civil/construction/mechanical engineering, and strong English; Finnish on team is needed, Swedish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and scheduling across EPC/EPCM or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, dependencies, and forecasting.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and monitor overall project schedules.
• Plan activities and dependencies across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and schedule risks.
• Provide up-to-date project status to management and customers.
• Involve from tendering through execution with the project team.
