Job summary

Nordec Group is seeking a Project Planner to ensure complex international projects progress according to plan. You will prepare, maintain and monitor overall project schedules across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation, coordinating activities and dependencies.

The role requires Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project proficiency, a relevant technical degree, and strong English; Finnish communication is essential with Swedish an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of project schedules, dependencies, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM, industrial, construction, data centre, battery factory or other large-scale projects.
• Ability to take independent responsibility for planning and scheduling.
• Strong English; Finnish communication; Swedish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and monitor overall project schedules.
• Plan project activities and dependencies; coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation.
• Monitor progress, anticipate delays and scheduling risks; provide up-to-date information to management and customers.
• Involved from tendering through execution, working with Project Manager and project organisation.
• Demonstrate analytical, structured approach and strong collaboration within the project team.
