Job summary

Instabee is seeking a strategic Pickup and Linehaul Lead in Helsinki to own, design, and continuously improve our local pickup and linehaul operations. You will work with terminal teams, couriers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn high-level strategy into practical, high-impact changes in your market.

You will analyze performance data, build dashboards, and collaborate to optimize routes, lead times, and cost efficiency while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• You are smart, strategic and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• You work in a structured way to drive improvements and impact.
• Fluent in English and Finnish; you collaborate well with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & optimize pickup and linehaul performance to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to balance lead time and cost efficiency.
• Ensure high operational quality in pickup and linehaul execution.
• Build, maintain and use dashboards to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Drive sharing of best practices within the market and contribute to wider ops development.
