Job summary

Neste’s Logistics & Operations in Espoo is seeking a Logistics Planner to join the Baltic Sea Scheduling and Inventory management team, helping keep fuel deliveries on track to customers and terminals.

You will take part in daily operative planning, manage terminal fuel inventory, and collaborate with chartering and supply-chain teams to optimize the fuel supply chain across the Baltic Sea area. Fluent in English and Finnish is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, commercial or maritime field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics and supply-chain management.
• Fluent English and Finnish communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operative planning of the fuel supply chain.
• Manage traffic fuel inventory levels at terminals.
• Update short-term marine and rail transport plans to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize Baltic Sea fuel supply.
• Contribute to development projects and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with chartering and supply-chain teams and key accounts.
