Job summary

Instabee is seeking a strategic and analytical Pickup and Linehaul Lead in Helsinki to design and optimize transport operations. You will work with local and terminal teams, couriers, and stakeholders to translate strategy into practical improvements and measurable impact.

You will leverage data dashboards to monitor performance, drive cost efficiencies, and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance reliability and lead times in your market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• Experience in middle mile / transport leadership roles.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard usage.
• Structured approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & optimize pickup and linehaul performance to identify opportunities and design cost-efficient routes.
• Collaborate with commercial team to balance lead time and cost; implement cage and pallet handling improvements with terminals and group operations.
• Ensure high operational quality in pickup and linehaul execution.
• Build, maintain, and use dashboards to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Drive best practice sharing within the market and contribute insights to broader operational development.
