Instabee is seeking a strategic Pickup and Linehaul Lead in Helsinki to own, design, and continuously improve our local pickup and linehaul operations. You will work with terminal teams, couriers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn high-level strategy into practical, high-impact changes in your market.

You will analyze performance data, build dashboards, and collaborate to optimize routes, lead times, and cost efficiency while maintaining high service quality.

We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Pickup and Linehaul Lead to join our fast-paced work environment at Instabee. Reporting to the local Head of Operations, you will take ownership of designing, optimizing, and continuously improving our pickup and linehaul operations. Working closely with local operations-, and terminal teams, couriers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will leverage data and modern operational tools to drive efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness between merchant warehouses and Instabee terminals. Ultimately, you will play a key role in translating high-level strategy into practical, high-impact operational improvements within your market.

What you will do

• Analyze & optimize: Analyzing pickup and linehaul performance to identify improvement opportunities within your market. Designing and optimizing transport routes to improve cost efficiency, lead time, and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate closely: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to offer best possible lead time, while maintaining cost efficient pickups. Supporting implementation of cage and pallet handling improvements in collaboration with terminals and group operations.
• Ensure Quality: Ensuring high operational quality in pickup and linehaul execution.
• Monitor & forecast: Building, maintaining, and using dashboards to monitor performance and enable data driven decision making.
• Drive development: Driving best practice sharing within the market and contributing insights to broader operational development.

What we’re looking for

• You would be a smart, strategic, logical and lateral thinker, who is able to evaluate complex inter-linked systems.
• You are highly analytical and data-driven with high attention to detail and a solid problem solver.
• You work in a structured way to drive improvements, ensuring you have the highest impact.
• You have solid collaborative skills and are good at building relationships and teamwork with internal- and external stakeholders.
• You have a positive mindset and loves a challenge
• Have previous experience from similar positions, such as middle mile lead, transport coordinator lead etc.
• Fluency in English and Finnish is required
