What You’ll Do

• Shape the Strategy: Assess market opportunities, identify challenges, and help define the roadmap for Instabee Finland’s growth.
• Lead High‑Impact Projects: Take ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive business performance and scale our operations.
• Work with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets and implement strategic plans.
• Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor performance, track key business metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Remove Roadblocks: Identify challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure our strategic initiatives run smoothly.
• Think Big, Plan for the Future: We’re looking for someone with the ambition and potential to grow into a larger leadership role over time.

Who You Are

• Strategic Thinker with a Commercial Edge: Experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or business development. Start‑up/scale‑up experience is a bonus.
