Job summary

Ventura Brands Oy, a Finnish ecommerce company, seeks a Performance Creative Lead to drive day-to-day creative direction, shape the testing roadmap, and scale advertising performance for its fast-growing brands from Helsinki.

You will manage our production network, work closely with the founder and marketing team, and guide the in-house studio to deliver rapid live tests. This permanent role offers a direct impact on US-market growth and a strong creative leadership path.

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating performance creative for D2C or ecommerce brands.
• Experience owning a creative pipeline end to end: research, concept development, production, launch, performance review, and iteration.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and the creative patterns that drive attention, conversion, testing, ad fatigue, and scale.
• Strong creative judgment; quickly identify what works and provide actionable feedback.
• Experience managing creative talent and writing briefs that people can act on.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
• Daily use of AI for research, messaging, scripting, ideation, analysis, and workflow improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Use AdSpy and the Meta Ad Library to identify winning formats and production styles not yet tested.
• Manage outsourced copywriters; ensure the right scripts are written.
• Provide clear, decisive feedback to copywriters, designers, and editors to improve briefs, scripts, edits and final ads.
• Direct designers and editors; collaborate with in-house content creator in the Helsinki studio.
• Own the pipeline from research and briefing through scripting, production, review, launch, and learning.
• Build faster, clearer processes turning research into briefs, briefs into ads, and results into next concepts.
• Turn wins, losses, and performance data into better briefs and sharper iterations.
