Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced paid search consultant who masters the Google ecosystem end-to-end. The role covers planning, execution and continuous optimization of Google advertising across campaigns such as Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max and other formats. You will work as part of a skilled digital marketing team to drive growth for our clients through data-driven, results-oriented marketing.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a variety of campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, Video, Discovery, App), managing product feed campaigns and leveraging Merchant Center, continuous testing and analysis to convert results into concrete actions, active collaboration with Google (testing new features), identifying growth opportunities with the marketing team, team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

We expect a hands-on marketer with a strong commercial sense, a passion for ongoing improvement, comfort with analytics and testing, and enthusiasm for new tools and growth opportunities. You will excel at interpreting data from a business perspective and ensuring campaigns are not only visible but also persuasive and measurable. You’ll communicate clearly in Finnish and English with clients and colleagues and understand the roles of different marketing channels in a synergistic whole.

Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in Google Ads (experience with other channels is a plus), ability to manage the entire purchase journey from brand visibility to conversion, experience with feed-based advertising and knowledge of product data’s impact on results, familiarity with key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and the ability to improve them, and a business/marketing/tech educational background.
