Job summary

Measurlabs is seeking a proactive People Partner to own our end-to-end HR function as we scale. In this 360° role you’ll advise our leadership and partner with team leads on day-to-day management, translating business goals into people strategies and nurturing our culture.

You’ll also drive recruitment and build processes as needs mature. This extended leave cover runs through the end of 2027, with an anticipated start between December 2026 and January 2027.

Qualifications

• Solid experience supporting the business as an HR/People Partner (or equivalent).
• End-to-end recruitment experience across the company.
• Advisory skills, stakeholder management, and effective English communication.
• Good working knowledge of Finnish labor law and compliant HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR strategy and people operations.
• Lead recruitment across the company, adapting to needs.
• Advise leadership and coach managers on people-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish employment law and HR processes.
