Job summary

WithSecure is seeking a People Business Partner to redefine HR through AI native transformation. You will partner with senior leaders on the employee lifecycle, redesign processes, and co-create a high‑performance culture aligned with AI‑driven ways of working.

You’ll bridge people expertise with technology, driving workflow prototypes, policy self-service, and data-informed decisions while ensuring global employment practices and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and technology; willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on performance, relations, org design and talent planning with an employment-law perspective across locations.
• Identify where AI/automation can speed processes and connect information across systems to improve collaboration.
• Partner with the People and Talent team to pilot tools, test approaches and drive AI‑driven initiatives.
• Design onboarding journeys and smarter self-service policies to better inform decisions.
