Job summary

Normal is seeking an experienced People Business Partner in Finland, based at our Helsinki head office with regional store responsibilities. You will bridge People Development initiatives and daily store life, handling recruitment, onboarding, leadership development and business partnering, contributing to both people and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment and leadership development, preferably in a large retail organization.
• Ability to lead and coach leaders, and to translate strategy into concrete actions.
• Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and fast-paced growth.

At NORMAL we are looking for an experienced People Business Partner in Finland who will be an important part of our People Business Partner team. You will be based at our head office in Helsinki but will primarily have activities in stores - in your regions in the country.

Your role

As a People Business Partner, you will be the link between our People Development initiatives and the everyday life in our Finnish stores. You will be given a wide range of tasks – from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development and business partnering – all with a focus on developing both people and the organization. You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute actively to the People agenda.
