Job summary

NORMAL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Normal-Itis store in Helsinki. You will work closely with the store manager to motivate and develop staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient operations.

The role involves leadership in a fast-paced retail setting and a passion for great customer experiences. You will participate in merchandising, respond to customer needs in Finnish and English, and aspire to potentially manage a NORMAL store one day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor is required or preferred.
• Customer service is the focus and priority for the role.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop the team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Merchant-minded approach to follow sales numbers.
• Able to work independently but value teamwork.
• Strong eye for appealing store displays.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and mid-shifts.
• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English.
