NORMAL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Normal-Itis store in Helsinki. You will work closely with the store manager to motivate and develop staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient operations.

The role involves leadership in a fast-paced retail setting and a passion for great customer experiences. You will participate in merchandising, respond to customer needs in Finnish and English, and aspire to potentially manage a NORMAL store one day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor is required or preferred.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are in a key position in creating a unique shopping and customer experience for customers. You work as a team with the store manager, motivating and developing employees in an open and happy environment. Together you ensure that the store operates efficiently and achieves sales targets. The visual appearance of the store and team management are your passions. You will get to familiarize yourself with your duties with top experts, aiming to give you a head start in professional and personal growth and development. Perhaps your interest is to act as a store manager for the NORMAL chain one day!
