Job summary

Integrata is seeking a payroll specialist to join our team in Finland. You will manage the entire payroll process for 1–5 clients, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll handling and continuous development of our payroll solutions.

From our offices in Tampere, Oulu, Pori, Turku, or Jyväskylä, you will collaborate with colleagues and customers, using Mepco HRM to automate interfaces and reporting. English communication is required and humor is encouraged.

What is the job?

Feel the intelligence and come work as an Integrata payroll specialist. We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who is excited by demanding clients and solving complex payroll puzzles. In the role, you act as a trusted expert for customers. You are responsible for the entirety of the payroll process for 1–5 clients and its development, and ensure that even the most demanding payroll, TES, and legislative issues are resolved smoothly. You also serve as important support for other specialists.

The customer is one of us. We work as a team together with our customers and bring intelligent HR technologies (and a bit of humor) into their everyday lives. We let automation handle the routine jobs and (boring) repetitive tasks. With us, you get to do payroll process development and work that differs from conventional payroll.

From our offices, you will find colleagues in the following locations: Tampere, Oulu, Pori, Turku or Jyväskylä. From time to time, the work requires traveling on rails within the country.

What do we expect from you?

Deep payroll expertise

Payroll is more than a monthly process for you – you master the whole thoroughly. You know systems and legislation extensively, and Mepco HRM is a familiar tool for you also from the perspective of interfaces, reporting, and automation. You have deep knowledge especially of the Technology Industries' collective agreement, and you resolve demanding payroll and TES questions smoothly.

Developing approach

You are motivated to do things smarter than yesterday. You identify areas for development, implement new operating models, and develop solutions together with customers and colleagues. Your work results in smoother payroll processes, more functional automation, and a better everyday life for both our customers and our specialists.

Salary range

We have made a diversity promise and promote pay transparency. The salary range for the position is ~3,000 – 3,800 €, depending on the applicant's sense of humor (joke!), expertise, and previous experience, but we are happy to hear about your expectations as well.
