Job summary

s360 in Helsinki is seeking a driven Paid Search Specialist to own and optimise client campaigns across markets. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, scale performance, and build strong client relationships.

You will work with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and data feeds, collaborate with a cross‑functional team, and contribute to new business initiatives. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Paid Search experience in agency or in-house.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and feed optimisation platforms (Data Feed Watch or Channable).
• Strong client communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimise Paid Search campaigns across clients and markets.
• Own day-to-day optimisation and performance development of key accounts.
• Manage budgets and advise clients on insights, performance and growth.
• Present performance updates in client meetings with the broader team.
• Report on performance with a focus on business impact.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, audits, and solution design.
