Job summary

Comprend is expanding its team and seeks a paid media consultant to drive cross-channel digital campaigns for large B2B and B2C accounts. You will collaborate with content creators, measurement specialists and a broad group of marketers to deliver measurable results.

You will work with Finnish and English; the role is based in Helsinki with a flexible hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary plus perks.

Qualifications

• Paid media experience with a proven track record in managing cross-channel campaigns.

Comprend is are expanding our team and are looking for a paid media consultant with experience delivering best-in-class advertising solutions across all digital media channels. The ideal candidate will have few years of experience, ideally within an agency. You will work with large B2B and B2C accounts, cross-channel digital, and overall project setting success.

As a paid media consultant at Comprend you will work collaboratively with talented content creators, measurement specialists, developers, AI enthusiasts, and a large group of performance marketers covering all areas of digital media and SEO. In this role, youll play a key part in leading client strategies, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring that your expertise contributes to delivering measurable results.

• Paid media experience with a proven track record in managing and executing cross-channel digital media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the Paid Media landscape and platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Google Analytics (programmatic expertise is a plus).
• A proven ability to craft innovative digital campaigns, deliver successful and profitable projects and grow clients.
• Exceptional understanding of tracking, analytics, and client reporting.
• Experience in lead generation strategies, ABM and paid commerce
• Proficiency in Finnish and English; additional European languages are a bonus

Additional qualities were looking for:

• A proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, combining data-driven insights with innovative ideas.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to educate and influence clients.
