Are you an outgoing and customer-oriented property maintenance professional? We are currently looking for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Supervisor for our client, Oulun seudun kiinteistöpalvelut Oy, in Oulu. The position is permanent, and the employment contract will be signed directly with Oulun seudun kiinteistöpalvelut Oy. The work is day shift, Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours/week.

Your duties include:

• Daily management of property maintenance for our residential building sites
• Leading a team of five property maintenance workers
• Participating in the execution of agreed tasks, meaning you will work diversely at our sites
• Using maintenance log software to organize work
• Purchasing subcontracting services

What kind of person are we looking for?

We hope you have knowledge of property maintenance and previous experience in industry roles. We look for interest and motivation for supervisory work and a desire to do your best for the success of your team. The job also involves customer service, so we hope you have the tact and interaction skills to handle various customer situations. For this position, you need a Class B driver's license and the possibility to use your own car. Work safety, hot work, and EA1 cards are required, but these can be updated if necessary after your selection is confirmed.
