Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Finland seeks an OTA Test Solutions Engineer for the CSGe CoE Channel Emulation Solutions. The role focuses on developing Base‑Station Over‑the‑Air (OTA) test systems, from requirements to verification, with emphasis on RF performance, quiet‑zone behavior, and EMC compliance.

You will translate customer use cases into actionable OTA test configurations, integrate protocol stacks with channel emulation, and support customer engagements and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE/RF/telecom or related field.
• Experience with OTA testing and RF measurements.
• Understanding of 3GPP RAN protocols and NR/LTE PHY/MAC.
• Familiarity with chamber hardware and RF subsystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases to operational OTA test solutions.
• Design and implement functional and performance test solutions by integrating protocol stack and channel emulation into OTA chamber environments.
• Plan MPAC OTA system configurations RF validation approaches.
• Define OTA chamber requirements including quiet-zone performance and absorber characteristics.
• Verify OTA system functionality and RF quality metrics.
• Support installation and customer commissioning of OTA solutions.
