This position is part of the CSG Protocol CoE Channel Emulation Solutions, the team responsible for developing Keysight’s portfolio of testing solutions for the wireless ecosystem—including cellular, non‑terrestrial networks (NTN), and aerospace & defense segments. The OTA System Specialist contributes to the development, specification, and validation of advanced Base‑Station Over‑the‑Air (OTA) Chamber test solutions. The role involves functional and performance test solution planning, RF system and chamber requirements definition, system‑level verification, and customer‑facing technical support. This position is central in ensuring that OTA test solutions meet performance, reliability, and compliance expectations for next‑generation radio systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field., Experience in OTA testing, RF measurements, antenna systems, or wireless test system integration., Understanding of MPAC OTA methodologies and validation procedures (e.g. quiet‑zone characterization)., Knowledge of RF systems, antenna theory, calibration methods, and measurement instrumentation., Familiarity with chamber hardware such as probes, positioners, and RF subsystems., Experience with EMC/EMI requirements and RF‑safety considerations is an asset., Strong understanding of 3GPP RAN protocols and procedures (e.g., NR/LTE PHY/MAC), including scheduling, link adaptation, and mobility management., Expertise in beamforming and massive MIMO techniques, including beam management procedures and their validation in OTA environments., Ability to work in cross‑functional engineering teams., Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability., Good communication skills and comfort in customer‑facing situations., Hands‑on and proactive approach to system integration and validation.
