Job summary

IC Resources in Finland is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to own RF design across customer and internal development projects, with hands-on work from schematic design to lab verification.

You’ll work with customers, suppliers and manufacturing partners to shape technical solutions for wireless products, including antenna and EMC considerations. A hybrid work model is available in Espoo or Tampere, and eligibility to work in Finland is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on RF hardware development experience.
• Experience with RF instruments and lab verification.
• Strong background in antenna/RF design and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Own RF design work across customer and internal projects.
• Perform schematic design, layout review, RF simulation and lab verification.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and manufacturing partners.
