Job summary

Nokia in Finland seeks an experienced Test Maintenance Engineering professional to work with RF and BB products using modern test technologies in an international setting.

You will ensure production testing is stable, efficient, and capable of detecting manufacturing defects while supporting quality, throughput and delivery performance. You will own test applications, provide daily factory support, and drive test improvements with logs and test software. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF/Baseband production functional testing or system-level production testing with HW/SW interaction.
• Strong knowledge of RF and digital technologies and measurement techniques.
• Ability to drive improvements in test applications from logs and test software sources.
• Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with the global Test Maintenance Engineering team in an international environment.
• Ensure production testing is stable, efficient, and capable of detecting manufacturing defects.
• Act as Test Application Owner for assigned production test applications (SW/HW).
• Provide daily technical support to factories and repair sites.
• Coordinate and implement test application changes with controlled rollout.
• Support failure investigations and RCA with factories, repair sites, quality and R&D.
• Participate in product transfer projects by verifying testers, providing training and on-site support.
