Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience within Substation Automation Systems, Power Transmission & Distribution.
• Proven experience in portfolio management, product management, strategy, business development, or market management.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and technology roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Market & Portfolio Leadership: monitor market developments, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and technology trends.
• Organizational Development: define capability development plans and competency requirements; drive standardization and process improvement.
• Business Growth: support strategic customer engagements and growth initiatives; ensure alignment between opportunity pipeline and product strategy.
• Execution & Governance: lead implementation of strategic initiatives and report portfolio performance to OU leadership.
