Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, automation or related field.
• Extensive experience in Substation Automation Systems or power transmission & distribution.
• Proven portfolio or product management experience.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and technology roadmaps.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across a global organization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the portfolio growth strategy for OU SAS Europe.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends.
• Align demands with roadmaps and business objectives.
• Develop business cases to enter new markets and offerings.
• Monitor market developments and technology trends.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives for operational effectiveness.
• Support country sales and tendering with value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Governance and follow-up to deliver measurable results.
• Voice of the customer and market within OU and toward Global Product Groups.
