Job summary

Airpro Oy is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team at Ivalo Airport on a fixed-term winter contract. The role supports ground handling operations and resource planning, with time split roughly equally between specialist duties and operational tasks.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with teams and stakeholders, manage documentation and invoicing, and contribute to continuous improvement in an international environment.

Job description

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for the winter season, supporting ground handling operations and resource planning at Ivalo Airport. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders. You will also have the competence and readiness to participate in operational ground handling duties when required. Your working time will be divided approximately equally between Operations Specialist responsibilities and operational tasks.

• Handling invoicing and related follow-up activities
• Liaising with premium customers and developing customer relationships
