We are seeking an Experience Coordinator for Soul of Lapland to help customers find suitable experiences and ensure a smooth journey from planning to execution. The main focus is on sales, customer service and coordination of reservations, with some days also involving guiding duties. You will serve international customers primarily in English and contribute to building the overall customer experience by listening to wishes, earning trust before arrival and recommending the right experiences for each guest.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing and updating bookings, selling trips based on customer needs, verifying booking details and practical arrangements, collaborating with guides, other staff and partners, welcoming customers, and participating in guiding duties for part of the time. The role involves daily interactions with clients, managing bookings and delivering memorable Lapland experiences. The position is primarily based in Rovaniemi, with guiding and experiences also in Lehtojärvi and Norvajärvi areas and the surrounding region.

Our team is relaxed but ambitious, and teamwork matters—the days can vary: some days you’ll assist customers and handle bookings, others you’ll help deliver experiences on-site.
Salary ranges from 15–18 EUR/hour. We follow the In-vehicle and Tourism service sector collective agreement. The employment is fixed-term and tentatively spans from December to late March. Start date to be agreed with the chosen candidate.
