Job summary

Arctic Career Oy seeks housing services multitaskers in Luosto, Finland, to clean, maintain and support guests in accommodation sites. The role blends autonomous work with the region’s stunning mountain scenery and is paid under the KIPA collective agreement.

Start in Oct-Nov and run through Mar-Apr 2027, with onboarding and ongoing support. Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance or hospitality is valued; B driving license and Finnish language proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

Arctic Career is looking for energetic and responsible housing services multitaskers for Luosto for a client. The job combines cleaning, maintenance, customer service and practical maintenance tasks in accommodation sites, ensuring smooth daily life for guests. The role offers the possibility to combine varied, autonomous work with Lapland's unique nature.

Your duties

Ensuring accommodations are clean, comfortable and ready for the next guests
Cleaning between tenant turnovers
Taking care of general cleanliness and comfort
Small maintenance tasks
Checking conditions and addressing deficiencies
Customer communication and helping guests as needed
Phone coverage outside office hours

Shifts include a separate remuneration. Work is autonomous and responsible, but you will receive good onboarding and support when needed.

You might be the right person if you are proactive, reliable and responsible; you tackle practical tasks boldly; you work carefully and systematically; you enjoy independent and varied work; you meet customers in a friendly and professional manner; you have a B-driver's license; your Finnish is sufficient for the job.

The employer's car requires a C1 license; if you want to obtain C1, the employer covers about half of the license cost. Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, real estate or hospitality is an advantage, but the most important is a good attitude, initiative and a desire to keep accommodations high quality and welcoming.
