Euroclear Finland is seeking an Operations Function Analyst to join the Asset Servicing and Issuer Services team in Helsinki. The role blends hands-on operations with development work across insider register, shareholder information and general meeting services.

You will work with issuers, financial institutions and participants to improve services that clients rely on, reporting to the Team Manager. Hybrid work in Helsinki is supported.

Qualificações

• Experience in back-office operations in the financial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of the Finnish book-entry system; insider register knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, detail-conscious and proactive approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure and take responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver general meeting services to clients ranging from smaller issuers to major listed companies.
• Support and participate in day-to-day operational client service.
• Support clients using Insider Elements and insider register tasks.
• Handle shareholder information-related tasks.
• Ensure high-quality client experience through proactive communication.
• Manage invoicing and internal statistics; contribute to process improvements.
