You will combine daily operations with development work across insider register, shareholder information and general meeting services, collaborating with issuers, financial institutions, and market participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-office operations in the financial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general meeting services to clients ranging from smaller issuers to major listed companies.
• Support and participate in day-to-day operational client service.
• Support clients using our new insider register system, Insider Elements.
• Handle shareholder information-related tasks.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience through regular and proactive communication.
• Manage internal operational tasks such as invoicing and statistics.
• Take an active role in developing, testing and implementing new processes and services.
