Job summary

Nordea in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Lead Project Leader to drive operational stability and resilience initiatives. You will lead project workstreams, coordinate governance, and deliver structured reporting to the Programme Manager to ensure timely outcomes.

The role combines hands-on project leadership with governance support, requiring strong communication with senior stakeholders and a focus on measurable improvements and risk management. Hybrid working is available in Finland.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading complex technology projects in large organisations.
Experience supporting multi-workstream programmes with governance, reporting and RAID management.
Strong understanding of incident, problem, change management, monitoring and observability.

Responsibilities

Lead selected operational stability and resilience projects from planning through execution.
Maintain consolidated view of programme initiatives with milestones and ownership.
Translate objectives into clear project plans and measurable success criteria.
Coordinate delivery focused on incident prevention, monitoring and service recovery.
Drive alignment across technology, service management and business teams.
Prepare materials for governance forums and executive reporting.
