Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Helsinki region seeks an experienced Lead Project Leader to drive strategic AI and cloud transformation initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead end-to-end delivery, governance and cross-organisation collaboration to realise measurable business value.

The role requires strong programme leadership, hands-on delivery, and the ability to align architecture, security, data and business teams with the AI platform roadmap. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large-scale technology programmes.
Experience with cloud, data or AI transformations in enterprise settings.
Strong governance, planning and delivery capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of GCP AI and cloud transformation programmes.
Drive roadmaps, align architecture, security and data with business needs.
Coordinate dependencies across architecture, security, identity, data and business teams.
Establish reusable AI platform capabilities and governance structures.
Maintain programme plans, budgets, risks and progress reporting.
