Job summary

Infosys in Helsinki, Finland seeks a Telecom Production Support professional to proactively identify production issues using observability tools and reduce MTTR. The role focuses on network monitoring, traffic analysis and telecom signaling expertise to ensure service availability.

You will resolve incidents, support 24x7 shift cycles and manage network infrastructure and telecom service assurance platforms from Helsinki. Onsite work is required with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in application support (tier 2/3).
• Incident, problem and change management experience.
• Experience with batch job management and deployments.
• Knowledge of networking, telecom signaling, NetScout and Cisco.
• Strong KPI and SLA management skills.
• Willingness for onsite work in Helsinki and 24x7 shift cycles.
