You can be a new graduate or an experienced professional; we will provide thorough orientation. Your duties include working as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying and developing your skills across a broad range. The work is three-shift and offers varied situations from acute care to rehabilitation and palliative care. Patients come to the department from Tyks Acute, the social and health center emergency department, or for continuing care from specialized care. We treat geriatric, neurological, internal medicine, trauma and orthopedic patients. The work is versatile and you will be able to use your skills widely. In the team, cooperation is valued and you will receive support from colleagues in everyday situations. The work climate is open and encouraging - everyone's contribution is important.

The eligibility requirement is licensure as a nurse in accordance with the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994). We also consider nurse students who have completed 170 study credits. The position requires up-to-date pharmacology knowledge (LOVe) or successful completion at the start of employment. Experience in hospital ward work is a plus. We also require good Finnish language skills.
