Qualifications
- Experience in LTE/5G NR protocol software development.
- 3+ years in an Architect or Lead Developer role.
- Proven track record adapting terrestrial RAN for satellite payloads.
- Experience with UE simulators and high-latency satellite profiles.
Responsibilities
- Drive development of NTN capabilities within the gNodeB software stack.
- Oversee the software lifecycle from 3GPP feature analysis to architecture design.
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of 5G NR L2/L3 stacks for NTN.
- Translate 3GPP Release 17/18+ NTN specs into software requirements and roadmaps.
- Author High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs for gNodeB components.
- Address long propagation delays and high Doppler shifts.
- Prioritize 3GPP features like HARQ and timing improve.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and perform code reviews.
- Ensure architectural integrity during maintenance and delivery phases.
