KONE is seeking a Head of Business Controlling for the Nordics in Espoo. You will lead a 9-person team, partner with Nordic leaders, and ensure strong governance across the region. This role combines performance management with strategic finance leadership to drive business value.

Fluent English is required; a Nordic language is an advantage. The position involves travel within the Nordics and offers a dynamic, collaborative culture at a global leader in sustainable urban mobility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business controlling, FP&A or related finance leadership roles.
• Ability to partner with, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams directly or in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a business orientation.
• Ability to balance business partnership with governance and control requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Nordic language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insights on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews across the region.
• Support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Ensure financial controls and governance compliance.
• Develop and lead the Nordic Business Controlling team in a matrix environment.
