SAMY in Helsinki is seeking a commercially driven Nordics Growth Manager to accelerate sales and expand presence across Finland and the Nordics. You will lead new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and shape regional growth strategy with the Kurio / SAMY team.

The role focuses on social-first marketing, influencer collaborations, and developing a scalable sales approach for Nordic markets, with hybrid work and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or creative agencies.
• Fluency in English; Finnish/Swedish language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by securing new business in Finland and the Nordics.
• Own the full consultative sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Build strategic client relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and expand SAMY's footprint in Nordics.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer marketing and social teams on proposals.
• Work with Kurio / SAMY teams to maximize cross-market opportunities.
• Champion social-first solutions and innovative marketing approaches.
• Improve sales processes using market insights and data.
• Own pipeline development and revenue targets.
