Job summary

DNA is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist for Nordic Service Operation to manage and optimize complex network environments on a pan-Nordic scale. The role focuses on SDN solutions, next‑generation security, and reliable network services for corporate customers, with requirements for hands-on firewall, switch and WLAN AP experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant vendor certifications (Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Telecommunication.
• Certifications from Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Netskope or Cato are preferred.
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken) are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and WLAN APs.
• Operate, configure, troubleshoot and optimize services for performance and security.
• Monitor network performance and apply upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Document configurations, changes and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on networking technologies.
