Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is seeking a Senior SCM Manager to shape the Nordic supply chain, improve efficiency, and drive measurable results. You will lead a small team, optimize warehouse and transport costs, and oversee tenders and RFQ processes while collaborating across countries.

The role requires strong English communication, a pragmatic approach, and experience in logistics. Hybrid work models are available in Espoo and Nordic locations.

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar; several years in SCM/Logistics.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes and cost structures.
• Experience with logistics contracts, negotiations, tenders or RFQs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identify root causes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-country influence.
• Structured and pragmatic approach to turning strategy into action; readiness for day-to-day ops.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other Nordic languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Nordic supply chain model and improve efficiency.
• Turn improvements into measurable results.
• Use data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
• Improve delivery reliability and customer service.
• Analyze root causes of service failures and lead corrective actions.
• Own warehouse and transportation cost development.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and sustain savings.
• Lead negotiations, tenders and RFQ processes.
• Develop the team by coaching five-person SCM team.
