Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes and cost structures.
• Experience with logistics contracts, negotiations, tenders or RFQs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.

Aufgaben

• Developing the Nordic Supply Chain: take ownership of the Nordic supply chain operational model and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
• Improving customer service and delivery reliability: analyse root causes behind service failures and lead corrective actions.
• Managing costs and improving transparency: take ownership of warehouse and transportation cost development; lead cost optimisation initiatives and ensure savings are sustainable; lead contract negotiations, tenders and RFQ processes.
• Developing the team: lead, coach and develop a five-person supply chain and customer service team.
