Job summary

Epical Group in Espoo/Gothenburg is seeking an Events & Campaign Coordinator to support Nordic B2B marketing across events, campaigns, social media, content production, CRM data management, and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, and campaign coordination, including creating engaging brand experiences.
• Experience working in B2B marketing within the IT, technology, data, or consulting industry.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good writing, content creation, and visual communication skills.
• Comfortable using marketing tools; experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or Finnish and strong professional English skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics when required for events and other activities.

Responsibilities

• Events management: Coordinate customer, partner, and industry events from planning, execution, to follow-up.
• Campaign execution: Support integrated campaigns across events, social media, email, and web channels while coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Social media management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn and other channels, with performance tracking.
• Content and customer stories: Drive the creation of customer stories, presentations, invitations, campaign assets, and on-brand materials.
