Fincoil LU-VE, Nordic is seeking a Nordic Controller to strengthen our operations in Finland and Sweden as part of the international LU-VE Group. You will analyze financial information, support forecasting and planning, and act as a key business partner across the Finnish and Swedish organizations.

The role reports to the Finance Manager Finland, collaborates with Group Controlling, conducts monthly and quarterly performance analyses, develops KPIs and dashboards, and supports manufacturing and

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Fluent in English; Swedish/Finnish an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct profitability, margin, and variance analyses.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Provide financial support to manufacturing and business operations.
• Cost accounting and product cost monitoring; evaluate projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
