As the Municipal Manager of Ilmajoki you will have a direct influence on Ilmajoki’s future. A higher university degree suitable for the role is required. We expect understanding of municipal administration, leadership experience including personnel management and financial know‑how, and the ability to manage large entities. The ability to advocate for the municipality, prepare, implement and monitor activities, and to engage actively in internal and cross‑municipal networks is essential.
