Job summary

Hollolan Tilapalvelu Oy is seeking a visionary CEO to guide the company as it leads the municipality's facilities, maintenance, and asset portfolio. You will shape strategy, oversee finances, investments, and property development, and report to the board.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in the property or facilities sector, deep financial know‑how, and the ability to engage diverse actors including municipal authorities.

Qualifications

• We require a technical university or engineering degree.
• Experience in demanding leadership roles in property or facilities is essential.
• Strong financial and investment management experience is required.
• Understanding of the premises leasing business is needed.
• The ability to build trust with diverse actors is important.
• Desirable: municipal conglomerates and owner governance experience; knowledge of public procurement; energy leadership and sustainability; relevant certifications (HHJ, HHJ PJ, RAP).

Job description

Hollolan Tilapalvelu Oy manages Hollola municipality’s facilities, maintenance, and asset portfolio, covering about 76,000 square meters, and collaborates with a 13-person skilled team. The company’s turnover was €17.4 million in 2025.

With the current CEO retiring, we seek a visionary and results‑driven CEO to lead the company into its next phase. The role involves influencing Hollola’s vitality, service network, and responsible asset development, leading a 13‑person expert team, and working closely with the board, municipal management, and other stakeholders.
