Qualifications

• This role requires basic knowledge in Business Administration.
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from higher education or a high school diploma with relevant experience

• Fluent Finnish and English oral and written skills
• Desirable skills: Interest in people and the medical technology industry preferable

Responsibilities

• Order management for indirect material and related invoice management.
• Acting as a contact person to our order management system (Coupa).
• Working closely with Manufacturing and Office suppliers.
• Internal communication within Operations.
• Event organization for internal and external events (e.g. service years, anniversaries, customer visits).
• Office layout planning.
• Providing support in travel arrangements and expense claims.
• Navigating internal systems (IT, HR, Facility services) to perform daily tasks.
• Adhering to policies and our strong EHS culture.
