Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to deliver major data centre and critical infrastructure projects across Finland. The role focuses on MEP delivery strategy, coordinating stakeholders and specialists to ensure safe, on-program delivery to high quality standards.

You will work with project management, engineering, commercial and construction teams through the project lifecycle, leading MEP works from design to handover and managing interfaces and risks across large-scale

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of MEP works from design development through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage MEP contractors, specialist subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces across the project.
• Monitor programme, progress, quality and commercial performance.
• Review technical designs, specifications, drawings and installation methodologies.
• Ensure works comply with project requirements, Finnish regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and drive resolution of technical and construction issues.
• Manage project risks, changes, variations and technical queries.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

CSG Talent are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major data centre and critical infrastructure projects across Finland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong project professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of MEP packages on complex, high-value projects.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you will take ownership of the MEP delivery strategy, coordinating multiple stakeholders and specialist contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with the wider project management, engineering, commercial and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

About You
