Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to own the member lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and cancellations. You will be the main contact for members, ensuring a smooth, tracked experience and proactive issue resolution.

The role emphasizes organized, empathetic communication, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with Product, Strategy, and Support teams in a hybrid Austin setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a member services or customer support role.
• Experience with CRM or customer success platforms.
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day member support requests and route to specialists.
• Maintain accurate member records across CRM and membership platforms.
• Track renewals, tier changes, and cancellations; coordinate billing as needed.
• Oversee onboarding handoffs and support retention efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline renewal tracking and reporting.
