Job summary

Elomatic Oy is seeking a Team Lead for Digitalization and Modernization in the Marine unit, with flexibility to base in Turku or Espoo. You will lead the software development team responsible for Aura APM, Elomatic's data-driven Asset Performance Management platform used by maritime operators to improve asset performance and maintenance decisions.

Qualifications

• Maritime background and experience in ship operations is a must-have.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a software development environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs.
• Professional working proficiency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the software development team in Marine business
• Ensure the successful development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Aura APM platform
• Drive the growth and commercial success of the product through customer collaboration, sales support, and business development
• Manage team resources, budgeting, and workload planning
• Support project delivery and continuously improve ways of working, processes, and team performance
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align product development with business goals and customer needs
